Do you ever start to panic about losing weight? Like right now, I keep thinking "I can't keep doing this, I can't keep doing this day after day for the next three months, it's too much." There's just so much stress involved, and I feel like my mind is never free. It's always tabulating goals, meals, workouts, more things I can be doing, etc. I'm just scared this is going to put me into a landslide. Advice?
losing weight definitely puts your mind in a crazy place! you have to learn how to be positive. you’ll be surprised at how much that eases your mind and slides you into a peaceful place. why can’t you keep doing it? why can’t you do it day after day? you can and you will. tell yourself that. you can do it, anon. put the negative thoughts aside and even if your body is telling you that you can’t, you have to believe that you can. use the determination you get from losing pounds and inches and seeing your progress to propel yourself forward. keep at it and everything will become a whole lot easier. keep your head up <3 |
