hiii! i’m sorry this took me YEARS to answer! i don’t really post my workouts, but here’s what i do: i start with strength training - leg press, lat pull down, leg curl/extension, weights, etc. i then move on to about an hour of some mix of cardio - elliptical, treadmill, arc trainer, bike, etc. i switch up what i do and i try to go to the gym five days a week :) before, i ate… everything? haha. fast food, mountain dew like it was my lifeline, pizza, desserts, etc. i now eat things like lean meats, yogurt, fruits and veggies, healthy cereal, etc. but moderation is key so i treat myself sometimes! :) |
