yesterday i ran a mile straight for the first time ever.1.7 miles to be exact :)
five weeks ago, i couldn’t even run a full minute. if anyone wants to run but isn’t sure how to start, i seriously recommend the couch to 5K program. i use the free C25K app on my iphone and it’s amazing. happy weekend! :) some random things :)
that moment when you see a picture of yourself and you think you look like a completely normal weight.
this makes me very happy to see :) sometimes i’ll catch a glimpse of myself in a mirror or i’ll see a picture like this and my mind gets blown all over again. i have two more pounds to lose before i’m at 90 pounds lost and i’m thinking i’ll do a progress picture then! i’m excited. life is good. i hope life is good with all of you, too. <3 170s!!!

SW: 265 i started doing HIIT at the gym during my cardio routine two weeks ago and i have lost three pounds each week since then. i guess it really is that effective! i’m going out to eat for my sister’s birthday tonight and any other day i would probably order something unhealthy for this special occasion, but i had this crazy realization after i got off the scale that i am only 29 POUNDS AWAY FROM MY GOAL. wow. healthy food for me :) weigh-in!ello :) i’ve been hovering around 185 for a couple weeks now. so frustrating! i didn’t weigh myself yesterday on my usual weigh-in day because i was pretty sure i would just see 185 again even though i busted my ass in the gym this week. hopped on the scale this morning and found this surprise: last weigh-in: 185 total loss: 83 pounds, what’s uuuup?
my best friend is on his way to visit me and i’m about to totally ruin my diet tonight with yummy food and alcohol, but you only live once, right? the important thing is that i go right back to where i left off tomorrow :) have a good saturday! today’s weigh-in + measurements!happy friday! i have done nothing today so far except lay in bed. feels great, haha. i haven’t done a weigh-in post in awhile, so i thought i would do one! SW: 265 last week: 189 total loss: 79 i answered an anon question yesterday and i said i would update my measurements. i don’t think i’ve posted them on here since september 30th, so here’s the measurements from that day and then today’s: neck: 13” -> 12.5” if i lose another pound this week, i will have officially lost 80 POUNDS. awesome. :D
officially in the 180s!39 pounds away from my goal weight sounds so much better than 40 :P also, can i just say that i found out this morning that i got a 96% on my first anatomy exam? it’s supposed to be one of the hardest classes to take at my college and i studied my ass off for it. feeling pretty good today.
i’ve officially lost 70 pounds!i weighed in this morning at 195, down from 265 at the beginning of the year. i never would have thought i could go this far! :) i’m leaving in a few hours to go to a christmas get together that my good friends from high school have every year. i haven’t seen most of them since the one last year (before i started losing weight), so it’s going to be interesting to see what they say! |
